  I recently had a horrible experience with Kohension. It use to be my favorite store until I bought a pair of shoes on my birthday & thank god I wore them inside the house for a party because the heel broke within a few hours. Came back the next day to exchange because it's not right that I spent my money on a defective item & they will not exchange them. The district manager had the nerve to say it isn't Loui Voutin. How dare you say that, I don't care it's my money spent & wasted. Now I have to wait a few days for a response from the manufacturer. If I can give them 0 stars I would!
